Waiting for withdrawals and solutions for too long. Not friendly, always saying that they forward messages and that they are working on solutions for my case to speed up withdrawals and verifications, but with no impact.

Sometimes their mobile is very slow, but this does not bother me. Odds are even good and withdrawals quite quick. I think these matters count more for all the players.
